Verizon Misconfiguration

Some Megalink users who are also Verizon telephone customers may have experienced busy signals while attempting to connect to Megalink during the morning on January 18th. It was corrected at approximately 11am the same morning. This was caused by a Verizon misconfiguration while they were upgrading our modem lines.

In addition, we do have more modem lines on order, and expected them before now. However, Verizon is behind schedule in providing the service.
